CORPORATE MASTERCLASS:

Management Platforms for the New Age of Management
-
How, When and Where to Use Them

Of all management terms, the corporate university is probably the most misused and misunderstood. It is not a simple 'cookie cutter' management technique, but a powerful Intellectual Capital Process development with many interdependencies.

In this masterclass you will be introduced to the corporate university, enterprise academy and cluster concepts with illustrative examples.

These corporate events are held within your organisation at a time to suit you, for example they could be breakfast sessions or half-day corporate events.

Each masterclass lasts for 2 hours.

Each participant will receive a copy of Richard Dealtry's book Corporate Universities - Developing Strategic Best Practices for Growth and Development.

This price is based on a UK hosted event, with a maximum of 12 participants. We can provide prices for overseas events and larger numbers on application.
