About G-ACUA


 

G-ACUA is an independent professional management association, established as a focal point for innovating continuing professional development in corporate university and enterprise academy management.

We work to promote and assist organisations in their understanding of the full process potential of corporate university and enterprise academy solutions. We aim to establish world class standards of quality assurance in the corporate university management processes and practices.


The G-ACUA objective is to promote the management science and best practice of organisations and business high performance development platforms for the new era of management and continuing professional development. We aim to prospect and develop new innovations in organisation, business and people development to find future pathways and processes for excellence that connect with world class management best practice.

 

G-ACUA was formed by Professor Richard Dealtry, a successful professional international organisation development executive. His wide experience of both private and public sector experience has enabled him to identify that sustainable business performance improvements can only be achieved through high quality, professionally managed, eclectic new learning.

Richard Dealtry has dedicated his career to discovering how companies and their people can achieve that dynamic management state unrelentingly, continuously and profitably.
