The G-ACUA objective is to promote the
management science and best practice of

performance development platforms for
the new era of management and continuing
professional development.
We aim to prospect and develop new innovations
in organisation, business and people development to find future pathways
and processes for excellence that connect with world class management best practice.
G-ACUA was formed by Professor Richard Dealtry, a
successful professional international organisation development
executive. His wide experience of both private and public sector
experience has enabled him to identify that sustainable business
performance improvements can only be achieved through high quality,
professionally managed, eclectic new learning.
Richard Dealtry has dedicated his career to discovering how companies
and their people can achieve that dynamic management state
unrelentingly, continuously and profitably.
