Schola Vitae Self-Assessment & Peer Review

SAPR Programme Structure

Meeting the new challenges for managers, the Schola Vitae programme is a highly personal, open-minded process for managers

Participants in the Schola Vitae Self Assessment and Peer Review process are provided with access to an extensive knowledge base, proven world-class toolkits and research findings.

Each participant is awarded Gold level active access to the Corporate University Blueprint Advantage Process, which is a top class resource identifying all the key decision points and issues for you to consider.

As a Gold level Blueprint user, you will have access to an Inventory of Learning Management Best Practice, amassed from a major European research programme.  You will also have 20 published articles on the subject of corporate demand-led learning and development.

Mentoring support will be available from Professor Richard Dealtry, an expert in the field of personal development and management. This is a highly polished, efficient process with comprehensive support.
