The Corporate University Manager

Admission and Application Information

The G-ACUA Vector programme and its award in applied management learning is based upon standards of international hands-on experience, on-going management research into corporate university performance benchmarking and evidence of best practice innovation and its application. Standards are inspired by state-of-the-art thinking from leading companies and top management.

Each programme will be centrally supervised by Professor Richard Dealtry, the author and developer of the Corporate University Blueprint® reference architecture and framework model, and supported by specialists in the practical development of corporate universities and academies, and leading practitioners in many aspects of demand-led learning management in CPD and vocational training and learning.

These programmes are administered by the Vector Programme Board who are known internationally for their leading-edge designs and performance best practices in corporate university and academy management.

Admission Requirements

Programme participants, or Associates, are required to have a graduate qualification (or APEL equivalent) and at least 3 years' managerial experience.

The programme admission process includes a statement of competencies and qualifications.

Associates need to ensure that they are able to fulfil the commitments of the programme within the 24 week schedule. In order to fully complete the tutorials and assignments to a required standard we recommend that associates allocate 10 hours per week to their studies.
