G-ACUA Constitution


DEFINITIONS

The term Corporate University is used generically in this document. It includes engagement with all intellectual asset, learning and knowledge based business and organisational development activities named:- Corporate University, Corporate Academy, Corporate Business School, Enterprise School of Management, and many other business sector and organisational linked names that identify with critically important cultural and strategic new learning initiatives in management development and organisational effectiveness interventions.

 

AIMS and OBJECTIVES

  • G-ACUA has been established as a focal point for innovating professional practice development in corporate university design and management.

  • G-ACUA will work to promote and assist organisations in their understanding of the full process potential of corporate university enterprise solutions.

  • G-ACUA will establish world class standards of quality assurance in the corporate university management processes and practices.

  • G-ACUA will work with organisations in both the public and private sectors to research, evaluate and implement adaptive strategic and tactical corporate university new learning responses to business led opportunities and changing circumstances.

  • G-ACUA activities will promote competitive leadership through organisational new learning and will conduct and publish its findings as an international development resource for participating organisations.

  • G-ACUA will act as an independent agency in the exploration of emergent trends and the monitoring of innovations in new learning processes and the need for new organisation structures.
