The Corporate University
Blueprint
Best Practice Desktop Software
The Blueprint
model is based upon a logical and
progressive framework that builds upon strategic and policy decisions in the early stages
to provide the foundations for detailed training,
development and learning programme decision making, planning and
delivery.
It has a 'root and branch' decision tree
intelligent architecture incorporating all the decision points relating to corporate university
core functions, relationship interfaces, development processes, communication networks and
management infrastructure for creating and managing your own Corporate University
or Enterprise Academy capabilities.
You will find below a tour
of the Desktop Blueprint software package. All the screen-shot images are
'thumb-nails', so just click on the image to see it full size.
The Corporate
University Blueprint software uses the familiar windows format and
navigation system.

Guide notes and
entering data |
Each decision element has its own Guide Notes
to assist you in your decision making.
Each element can be
printed and used for preparation and discussion before
actually entering any information into the decision input
areas. Any data that is entered can be updated
at any time if
there are changes to the recommended best
practices. |
 |
|
Teaming and
keywords |
You can select the team of
people that will contribute and work towards the decision.
Keywords are
attributed to each decision to improve the
search
in the reports database area.

|
Blueprint project management |
When your Design School Team have
completed all the decision making that is required for your development intervention, or
if you need to review progress at any intermediate stage, you can review any or all of the
work undertaken in a Blueprint Project Management report.
|
 |
|
Progress reports |
Progress Reports can be
produced based upon: Working Session Titles, Decision Clusters or all Decision
Elements, Dates, Design School Team Contributors, Keywords or any combination of the
above.
When you have chosen the
reports that you require you can choose to view them in either summary or detail
formats.
The summary report shows the
working status of each decision element, i.e. whether the DECISION OBJECTIVES, ISSUES AND
FACTORS TO CONSIDER and THE DECISION areas have been completed.
The detail report shows the
detailed working position of each decision element. You can navigate through all report
pages and print as required, or save the pages into your file system. |
